I have just realized that the contact form on my website is not functioning properly. Today, I have been receiving contact inquiries from March and now April. I am so sorry if you have contacted me in regards to a photography session or with any questions you may have had and I did not respond. I am in the process of getting this figured out. In the mean time, I have edited my auto responder to reflect the issue I have been having. If you have inquired about a session and have not heard back from me, please do not hesitate to call me, any time before 11PM is fine. I am a night owl and usually awake until 1 or 2 AM. You will not wake up my kids by calling after they are asleep, I promise

Again I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you but please know that it was not intentional on my end. I strive to return all emails, phone calls and respond to any inquiries within 24 hours.

This year was our first making a garden and man have we ever screwed up! lol Seriously though we have a jungle in our backyard and the 4×6 foot space we designated a garden just isn’t cutting it. We did not anticipate how big and wild these plants grew! Someone should have warned us. This pic was taken a week ago, it has grown so much even since then!

Our tomato plant is growing and has teeny tomatoes on it but they won’t grow or turn red. Our basil is like a freaking bush, anyone need some fresh basil? The sting beans are climbing up the around the tomato wire thingy and pulling it out of the ground. The cucumbers have tons of yellow flowers but no cucs yet. The watermelon plants are true monsters, they are taking over the entire garden, intertwining themselves with the tomatoes and beans and climbing over the chicken wire fence trying to escape.

We have a lot to learn and have learned alot for next year, the kids are loving it and we are hoping to live off watermelons in a few weeks;)

but mostly Jane These 2 are our newest foster kitties, we’ve had them for about 2 weeks now. Bella is black and Jane is the dark grey tabby, they will be ready for adoption in about 4 weeks!

During Saturday’s World Wide Photowalk I wanted to get some texture shots….I ended up with 30! I will send them for FREE until Thursday 7.23.09 to anyone who comments on any of my blog posts. I can NOT believe that my oldest is EIGHT and a HALF years old! Holy Guacamole.

Taelyn is growing up so quickly and I am so PROUD of the person she is becoming. She is a wonderful help to me, a great big sister, a compassionate animal lover, a budding artist and guitar player, she is a soccer player and a Spongebob fanatic. She is a dreamer and is driven to succeed, she is silly and smart, she loves to play dress up and to play in the dirt. All of those things are just a small, small part of my oldest child and only a fraction of why I am thankful for her everyday.

This morning I had a great time in Georgetown shooting some more gorgeous children! We shot a little studio and a little outdoors, variety is a good thing! Maeve and Finn did great for our session and they got to finish it off with some cake!!!

I love cake smash sessions! They are so much fun to shoot and I catch myself smiling the entire time I am editing them!

and a perfect newborn session with the beautiful 6 day old Miss Sofia. We shot this session outside on mom and dads porch as the 90 degree weather was perfect and the natural light (which I ADORE) was yummy! I could have stayed and snuggled this cutie all day long!
