{Hutto Children’s Photographer} Such a model!

Sunday, November 29th, 2009

Aren’t these 2 gorgeous??? Totally! I adored their clothing too, so very cute. Mr. B was a ham and a true model in front of the camera, I think he could have been photographed all day. To say he was one of the easies almost 4 year olds I’ve ever had a session with would be an understatement. Now Miss K gave me a run for my money. lol She is an extremely sweet and stunning little girl and I was still able to get some great shots for her parents;)

I hope yall enjoy your sneak peak!!!!

{Hutto Family Photographer} Twas the Night Before Christmas

Saturday, November 28th, 2009

This session was sooo much fun!!!! I love the way mom decorated her room in a festive, tasteful way to add an extra touch to her family’s Holiday Portraits. I also love that their jammies coordinate and not match. This is what you want to do when you are having a session of your own;)

Now on to the sneak peek for this gorgeous family!

I hope you love them;)

{Hutto Newborn Photographer} Land of Nod

Saturday, November 21st, 2009

Today I got to get my baby fix for the week! I loved every minute of it! Meet super sweet, 9 day old baby Ian! Ian gave me a run for my money at first as he was wide awake and taking in the world all around him. However, once he visited the land of nod we sailed though the session. I got some great shots for mom and dad, hope you love your sneak peak, I will be in touch shortly! Congratulations again on your new addition, he is amazing!

{Round Rock Family Photographer} The hat.

Friday, November 20th, 2009

This family probably looks pretty familiar to those of you who follow my blog. I first met them, when the twins were 10 days old and absolutely perfect! Soon after that I took their first family photo and mom made their hats..she is uber talented and will be opening up her own etsy shop…hopefully soon! I haven’t seen them since the twins rocked their 3 month session and they have gotten soooo big now at nearly 6 months old. I smiled this entire session and the whole time I loaded the images into my digital darkroom. I adore this family and I hope to continue to be a part of their life!
Hope yall enjoy your sneak peaks!!!! For this session, mom planned all of their outfits around the little girls hat, totally something I would do!

{Austin Family Photographer} Family

Monday, November 9th, 2009

Yesterday evening I got to head to the Capital grounds for my family session. I was so excited! I love shooting downtown. There are a ton of places, alleys, corners, walls, statues and fountains that make great backdrops for pictures. I’ve had the pleasure of photographing R and M a few months back for a tea party session where we had lots of fun, but tonight I was able to spend time with the entire family! This family is really great and I enjoyed our time together! I hope you enjoy your sneak peak;)

{Austin Photographer} Giving Back*.

Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009

You know someone. You know someone who’s experienced a tragedy, is struggling to stay afloat, is raising kids while holding down more than one job, or is volunteering selflessly despite extenuating personal circumstances. You know someone who can’t afford custom photography, but who would cherish it this holiday season. You know someone who deserves a year-round reminder of their family’s spirit, love, and beauty.

You know someone. I guarantee it.

I want to know who they are, and I want to give them the chance to experience complimentary custom photography — $1075 worth, to be exact. I will be donating a session, 10 (ten) 5×7 or 4×6 prints as well as all of the full sized, fully retouched images from the session in color and black and white (at least 20 images) on a cd, it’s in your power to give them the artwork they deserve this holiday season.

Oh, and the best part? The person who nominates the winner receives a $100 print credit. What better reason to show some love could there possibly be, people?

The rules:

* You cannot nominate yourself, and the person nominated must sincerely be incapable of purchasing my services. (Being unable to make mortgage payments for a two-million-dollar-vacation-home in Paris does not qualify as sincere financial need.)

* The nominee must reside in the Round Rock/Austin/Georgetown Texas area. Tell me who you know, what they’re experiencing, and why they deserve my artwork. Please include a way to contact both your nominee and yourself as well.

* You must e-mail me the full story : heather@vanityphotography.net

*Please pass this on to everyone you know, they may have someone to nominate.

I will accept entries until December 20, 2009.

The winner will be announced on Christmas Eve — get nominating! I can’t wait to read all of your entries!

Open your heart to someone this holiday season — and thanks for giving me the opportunity to open mine.

With love,
Heather Georger
