It sure has!!!!! Back on April 8th I had surgery, I was expecting to be ready to get back to my business in 10-14 days and produce amazing images of brides to be, children and newborns that I had on the books. Instead, after 6 days we discovered I had a really bad infection that nearly ended up costing me my life. I spent 5 days in the ICU and countless weeks in and out of the hospital. Finally after 9 weeks I am doing better and gaining strength and stamina daily.

I am still not booking any sessions currently for this summer. I want to be back to 100% so I can give my clients my absolute best. I will take sessions beginning September 1, 2010 though if you are interested in booking in advance. I am looking forward to jumping back into my photography soon and sharpening up my skills on my kids and friends children…so check back to see those images;)

While I’ve been recovering, my littlest turned 3 years old! I haven’t done her official three year photos yet but I shot these just days before my surgery. Isn’t she the CUTEST?!?!?!?
