yes, I am singing the song;) This adorable family welcomed their sweet baby girl into the family in July. She is just gorgeous but you’ll have to wait a bit to see some of her pictures. I didn’t realize I was so behind in blogging! I will be catching up on 2011 sessions throughout January and then I’ll have a little contest;)

This time last year I was getting ready to photograph Ashley and Marc’s wedding in Austin…this year…it’s baby time!!!! I am just so thrilled that this sweet couple is expecting a baby girl in just a few short weeks! I’m even more thrilled that I get to capture more amazing memories for them as their family changes and grows:) Can’t wait to meet baby Ava for her newborn session, you know already she is going to be STUNNING!
Back in early May I met up with the J Family and as soon as they stepped out of their vehicle I knew they understood how to dress for a photo session. I adore that they all coordinate well but are not matchy matchy. Everyone looks great and is still able to feel comfortable in what they are wearing. They are a stunning family and I enjoyed my time with them!

So we all know the bluebonnets weren’t spectacular this year, but there were alot of other really beautiful wildflowers blooming around town! These yellow ones had dozens of lady bugs in them. The girls really had a great time catching them:)

It looks like I’ve forgotten to blog some family sessions from December! I’m not even really sure how it is already the middle of March. I mean really?!!?? 2010 went by fast but now nearly a quarter of 2011 is gone? We’ll be booking family holiday sessions again before I get them all blogged;)
I absolutely love, love, LOVE the clothing this family chose! It’s bright and colorful and coordinating! Coordinating is always the best look for any kind of portraits and Michelle nailed it for her family.

The last time I photographed this family was December 2009, you can look back and see just how much change a year can bring. Kind of crazy when you look at the then and now how much the kids, especially baby Sofia have grown. That’s why it is really great to have family portraits taken yearly. The 2nd Annual Daddy Daughter Dance is coming up this Friday! Make sure to tell all your friends to come on out and enjoy some dancing, refreshments and prizes! Last year it was so much fun to photograph all the daddies and their princesses, I have however opted not to be the photographer for the event this year. I’ll still be there though just helping with other things;) Hope to see yall there!

It’s been nearly a year since I’ve had them in front of my lens together. They are sll so photogenic, I’m officially jealous;) I’m sure everyone would agree that this family is a great asset to the Hutto community.
