While in San Antonio we stayed at the beautiful Grand Hyatt San Antonio. These were shot handheld from the 5th floor patio at 8:30PM. This is first real try at night photography;)

Making my famous spaghetti sauce for dinner!

Most of the ingredients.

Chop up/dice your veggies and saute them in Olive Oil.

After they’ve softened add an entire head of garlic.

As soon as you really smell the garlic, add your tomatoes. You do not want the garlic to burn.

Give the pot a quick stir.

Add your sausages. Today I have Chicken Basil, Pork Sweet and Pork Hot. Just sink them down in your sauce.

Bring to a boil for about 15 minutes, then simmer for an hour or more. I also add lots of oregano, red pepper flakes and sugar to my sauce. Usually I make meatballs but just didn’t feel like doing that today;)

Erika is starting her own spray tanning business and wanted some images for marketing pieces. She has invested in a top notch spray tan machine and uses quality spray that is good for your skin. She looks GREAT!

I LOVE this time of year! Only downfall is the foster kitties are infatuated with the tree and like to climb it and tap ornaments….uh oh!

And already causing some trouble(fake snow on the ground!) He brought the kiddos some goodies to make their own ornament this year in a super cute little box and some post cards to write their list to Santa!

If you keep up with my Facebook Page then you know the back story to my visit to the Wiliamson County Regional Animal Shelter. It’s never a good idea to let me near animals or babies because I will ALWAYS want one; it’s an even worse idea to send me to the animal shelter by myself with my 3 kids. I was literally SECONDS away from adopting Levi, he is an AWESOME doggy and so good with the kids and on a leash. I filled out the adoption form and was ready to hand it over when I asked about fostering. Shelters are always in need of foster homes as well as dog walkers, help with feeding and cleaning among other duties. We got to talking and now the Georger’s are fostering Justin Bieber. For the record we did NOT name him. lol Anywho…JB is up for adoption if you are looking to add to your home. He’s a 6 week old tabby and as sweet as can be! His sister Taylor Swift was already adopted. Feel free to contact me or the shelter if you’d like to meet him;)
