A Texas Longhorn!
Friday, June 8th, 2012the bug version! My 7 year old says as we stare at this humongous bug on our grill last night. I’m assuming it came from the jungle that is my neighbors backyard. It appears to be a Cottonwood Borrer, one of the largest insects in North America;)

Sunday, March 18th, 2012We took the kids to the Natural Bridge Caverns in San Antonio on Friday and it was pretty neat! It was pretty slippery and SUPER DUPER muggy in there…99% humidity to be exact! Yuck! I was terrified to take my D700 and 14-24 lens in but I knew that we’d probably never make it in there again and I wanted some awesome pictures. I am very happy with them!
It’s been a week
Thursday, January 26th, 2012Meet the new crew!
Friday, January 20th, 2012These sweet babies are a week old and are currently being hand raised and bottle fed by us. Are they not so precious?! We think so! They will be available for adoption through the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter in about 7 weeks. We have 2 boys and a girl here with us but they also have 4 siblings being fostered by another family.
Valentino (because he has a heart shaped white patch on the scruff of his neck)
Guess which one my husband named?

Monday, December 19th, 2011Who’s got Bieber Fever?~ADOPTED!
Sunday, November 13th, 2011You?
If you keep up with my Facebook Page then you know the back story to my visit to the Wiliamson County Regional Animal Shelter. It’s never a good idea to let me near animals or babies because I will ALWAYS want one; it’s an even worse idea to send me to the animal shelter by myself with my 3 kids. I was literally SECONDS away from adopting Levi, he is an AWESOME doggy and so good with the kids and on a leash. I filled out the adoption form and was ready to hand it over when I asked about fostering. Shelters are always in need of foster homes as well as dog walkers, help with feeding and cleaning among other duties. We got to talking and now the Georger’s are fostering Justin Bieber. For the record we did NOT name him. lol Anywho…JB is up for adoption if you are looking to add to your home. He’s a 6 week old tabby and as sweet as can be! His sister Taylor Swift was already adopted. Feel free to contact me or the shelter if you’d like to meet him;)
